Great spa and rooftop open-air bath with a stunning view. Rooms are cozy and clean, and the hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to explore the city.
Some of the staff did not speak English well, making communication difficult at times. the hotel information provided was also mostly in Japanese, making it challenging to navigate around the hotel and the surrounding area.

As someone with physical handicaps, the hotel’s convenient location close to the train station was a wonderful aspect. The tasteful and user-friendly design of the hotel made it easy to move around, and the staff were both pleasant and professional. The comfortable beds were great, and the fantastic open-air bath was a real highlight. The hotel also had a laundromat which I found a great help.
Some of the hotel staff struggled to communicate in English, which made it tough for me at times.

Xmas at this hotel was amazing! The hot springs were the best, with breathtaking views overlooking the city skyline. The location couldn't be better since it's close to the JR station and a mall, making it easy to find anything you need. The massage chairs in the bigger double room were also a plus.
I disliked the parking situation since there was no drop-off area, and we had to walk across the shopping mall to get to the hotel. , the bathroom had a bit of an odor that came from the pipes, but keeping the door closed and the air vent on definitely helped.
